The Challenge
A dated but structurally sound shaker-style kitchen in a Belsize Park garden flat needed a dramatic update. The client loved the kitchen layout and solid oak carcasses but wanted to transform the appearance from light beige to a bold contemporary colour without the £40,000+ cost of a full kitchen replacement.

Creating a dust-free environment for spraying within a residential property required careful preparation and extraction setup.

Matching Farrow & Ball Railings exactly in a 2-pack lacquer system required precise colour formulation.
Our Solution
We used HVLP spray technology to achieve a factory-smooth finish. All doors, drawer fronts, and end panels were removed and sprayed in our workshop-standard setup within the property. The carcasses were hand-painted in situ. We used a premium 2-pack polyurethane lacquer in Farrow & Ball Railings, delivering exceptional durability and a perfectly flat finish. New brushed brass handles were fitted to complete the transformation.
