Swiss Cottage
A modern 2-bedroom apartment in a new-build development near Swiss Cottage needed redecorating ahead of the owners' first baby arriving. The clients specifically requested zero-VOC paints throughout for indoor air quality and wanted a warm, calming palette suitable for a nursery environment.
All paints needed to be zero-VOC and certified safe for newborns — no exceptions.
The project needed to complete before the baby's due date, leaving no room for delays.
We used Earthborn Claypaint throughout — a zero-VOC, EU Ecolabel-certified paint that is safe for nurseries and allergy sufferers. The living area was finished in Earthborn Gregory's Den (warm taupe), the master bedroom in Earthborn Donkey Ride (soft grey), and the nursery in Earthborn Freckle (gentle cream). All woodwork was finished in Earthborn Eco Chic eggshell. We used our Mirka dust-free sanding system to keep the air clean during preparation.
